Bandırma with Walnut

The bandırma mortar, the mixture of which is specially prepared, is boiled in Turkish delight cooking cauldrons. This special mixture, which reaches a sufficient consistency after the addition of walnuts while boiling in the boilers, is left to cool in the pasa. The rested bandırma mortar is shaped on a flat surface with the help of a special roller and divided into pieces in cutting machines. After adding powdered sugar, it is carefully packaged and served.
