Double Roasted Turkish Delight with Powder Sugar and Pistachio
The specially prepared Turkish Delight mixture is boiled in the Turkish Delight cauldrons. During boiling, Pistachio, previously roasted in nuts roasting ovens, is added to the Turkish Delight mixture. After boiling for a certain period of time, it is poured into the pasa to cool down and rest. Later, it is cut in the determined dimensions on the lokum cutting machines. After the surfaces of the cut pieces are coated with powdered sugar, they are packed meticulously, and the production and expiry dates are printed on the box. It is served for distribution after the packaging process is completed.
